LUXURY 3 BED CONDO ON LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT, KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA

The 3 bed/2 bathroom condo on Lake Marion Golf Resort in Kissimmee is our pride and joy in Florida. We would like you to share our little piece of Florida sun! The condo is for rent year round at a very reasonable rate.

The apartment we feel offers a little more to Florida than the theme parks of Orlando. These are great fun (believe me I have been to most of them at least twice) but there is more to Central Florida than this. The resort is set on a 3800 acre freshwater fishing lake in Kissimmee and is surrounded by several local golf courses. The resort is located only 35 minutes drive from the Disney and Orlando theme parks, but the tranquil setting of Lake Marion makes the property feel a world away......just check out that lake!!

The Condo is within a minutes walk of Lake Marion and is fully equipped right down to towels and linen. When you come all you have to bring is yourselves and your toothbrush (though clothes would be nice). The condo has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people with a further two able to be accommodated on a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge has a TV with Cable Television. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern with all the features you would expect and more. The property is of course air conditioned.

This Golf resort in Kissimmee is peaceful with the lake as its focal point, but with the clubhouse housing adult and childrens swimming pools along with a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, childrens playground, and a fitness centre there is plenty to keep everyone occupied. There is also another swimming pool in the final stages of construction. There is a management company on site to deal with any questions and problems that occur during your stay.

Beyond the resort there are of course the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Water Parks, and all that Orlando has to offer. Here is a small list of attraction within the Orlando area

Orlando also offers some of the best malls and shops around. The factory outlets are a real place to go bargain hunting. We would personally recommend the Cheesecake Factory at the Mall at Millenia. The cheesecakes are awesome and the sit down restaurant is pretty good too. Orlando and Central Florida has so much to offer it is impossible to list everything but if any advice is required we are more than willing to pass on our knowledge.

FURTHER AFIELD

The convenient location of Lake Marion makes getting to Tampa quick and easy. Tampa of course boasts Busch Gardens which is in my opinion one of the best Theme Parks in Florida and one so often neglected by UK travellers. In the other direction Kennedy Space Centre is just over an hours drive away and well worth a day out.

In the immediate vacinity of the resort are five golf courses with numerous others within a short drive. Horseback riding, restaurants, and local shops are all only ten minutes away. Welcome to our website please enjoy and we hope you will decide to use our golf condo in Kissimmee.
