LAKE MARION

The Lake is some 3800 acres in size and freshwater. The site has its own Marina and boat storage on site. The Lake can be used for pleasure boating and fishing. For the landlubbers amounst us (me included) the Lake is ideal for picnics and BBQ's. Situated around the Lake are several picnic shelters and BBQ sites that are ideal for cooking evening meals and watching the sun go down over the lake. Around the Lake there is also a scenic walk if you just wish to take in the air and the view.

THE CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse is the main centre of the resort and houses adult and childrens swimming pools as well as a hot tub (see below). The clubhouse also boasts a poolside bar, fitness centre, and childrens playground area. Located nearby is a convenience store selling the bare essentials. The clubhouse is 5 minutes by foot or a minute in the car. There is also a 2nd swimming pool newly opened with one minute of the condo!

SPORTS FACILITIES

The site is well equipped for the energetic. Floodlit tennis and basketball courts are available shuffleboard and ping pong. If you forget your raquet or other equipment they can also be hired from the clubhouse.
